| A: actualy i just received a pre-appproved letter from bac home loan for a mod also, and it clearly states on there that they will do a lien search once the paperwork is signed and i am assuming that if there is a lien they will decline the mod???? just my thought since i am looking at my paperwork and that is mentioned???? |

| A: First off, how did you find out about the judgement? Secondly, I am sure that BAC already ran a title search and even with that, they decided to approve your loan modification, so I think you should be OK just moving forward with the modification. |
