| A: If you used a Law Group CALL them and INSIST that you speak with an Attorney at the firm. If they will not put one on the phone when you ask, tell them you will be calling the Bar Assosciation in your State to complain. You will need to get the documents you received to the Attorneys office immediately. OK - STOP READING NOW and DO IT.......... Regards,... | A: I would definitely get on the horn and let all parties involved know about what is going on. It seems as if there has been a communication breakdown and your lender has not fully informed the county and/or the right departments with their own organization about your successful loan modification. I would call the loss mitigation department of your lender and tell them exactly what is going on. Thanks, RF |
