| A: Yes it definitely does. You will need to provide acceptable documentation of this income. Your lender will want to see your most recent statement of benefits / benefit letter. They will also ask you for bank statements to document that this income is being deposited regularly. The bank statements you provide will also be reviewed for "other income" in the form of deposits.
