Litton can be difficult to work with, they have a reputation for taking a Loang time to approve modifications. Along with that they also have a reputation for doing exactly what you have outlined. have seen a number of cases where Litton has made in house errors and cancelled modifications in the trial payment period.

Robert, this is a pretty difficult question to answer. I do not want to give you the wrong answer in any way and cause any further complications for you down the road. However, it seems to me that since it has been a clerical error on behalf of Litton, you should be able to aggressively follow up with Litton and let them know about the situation and try to have them make it right. If you go with a new company, you must make sure you understand all the terms and that they know what they are dealing with. You do not want to get stuck with another payment at this time.
