Question: Bank of America modified my 1st loan but denied my 2nd loan and put my home in foreclosure without telling me anything!!! Can they do that because it had only been 2 weeks since they asked me to send in income info but still sent my home into foreclosure for 1900.00 that I was calling to pay!
