Question: I have been in a work-out on a loan modification since aug 2009 my work-out payment is 1100 the original loan was negative amortization payment of interest only at 1800. I had the prpoperty rented till july. However pending this modification and the un-known of a potential short sale or foreclosure, I have not had it rented. Thi propert was my daughter and her husbands who have both been unemployed and back in school living with us in our primary residense until they can find secure employment to support their family. My son in law is very close he has graduated from Cal state fire accademy this past jan. My 2 grand daughters ages 1 and 3 are also part of the package. At this point I am so frustrated I have a underwriter with Chase and have been in contact and actually have a phone # and her extension. but still NO FINAL PAPER WORK, our ceedit is ruined even though we have continued to make ALL workout payments, taken every call from Chase and have hear excuse after excuse and re-faxed documents that were already sent. HELP I'm ready to stop all payments
