There are multiple homeowners throughout the nation that are being wrongfully foreclosed upon. Major Banks are breaking into these homeowners homes and throwing out all of their possessions. Many homeowners have come home to find that their house is empty and that all their belongings are gone due to the banks mistakenly foreclosing on their home. The National Association of Consumer Advocates has found that homeowners, who are trying to save their home, constantly have to deal with incorrect information from their lenders. They are either being wrongfully denied for a loan modification, not paying the right amount towards their mortgage, or having to give the same document over and over again to their lender. The banks have stated that homeowners have only been wrongfully foreclosed on a couple times and it is nothing in comparison to all the homes that are rightfully foreclosed upon every month.
