Foreclosure Document Fraud


There is a big problem with document fraud in regards to foreclosures, amongst all the banks.  Many homeowners have taken their problems in front of a judge. This issue is occurring throughout the nation.  New York, Ohio, and New Jersey, are a few states that have recently taken action by making rules to end document fraud.  New Jersey actually took it a step further and asked the banks if they were handling their foreclosure proceeding the "right way".  However, there are still states with Judges who are in favor of rushing through the foreclosure process, and are not in favor of helping the homeowner.
