Foreclosure Issues

Another problem has come to the surfaces dealing with foreclosures.   There are loan documents that were supposedly not signed by the attorney handling the file.  There are multiple foreclosure cases that could possibly be thrown out in 23 states. The problem is that the lawyers have not reviewed the important information in these documents. The attorneys handling these cases are just having other people place their signature on them which confirms that they have read the documents.  There have been homeowners who were facing foreclosure and their case was thrown out due to false attorney signatures.  There is a very good chance that we will start seeing class action lawsuits due to false signatures of attorneys.
