Improper Foreclosure Notices

There is a new issue that is being investigated in regards to foreclosures and it has to deal with Foreclosures notices being given improperly to homeowners. This is being looked at by the Florida attorney general office. They are investigating two of the largest summons companies in the state of Florida because of this issue.  There are judges who are also dismissing rulings due to these irresponsible deliveries. Due to the amount of summons that is needed to be given out, it does not surprise a lot of attorneys that these summons are being given out incorrectly.  Many foreclosure attorney's fell that this entire process is handled very unprofessional.
